Ben wants his life to be summed up by the statement found in John 3:30, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” He strives to live his life in humble obedience that brings God the most glory. Ben’s passion for revitalization, discipleship, and missions is the driving force in how he leads the church.
While finding his call to ministry, Ben received a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University. After his call, he went on to earn a Master of Theological Studies Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Ben has served in many aspects of ministry and has been around the world sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Ben’s hope for the church is to make mature Disciples of Christ who then go on to make Disciples of Christ by using the simple pathway of loving God (Worship), loving people (Relationships & Unity), and loving our world (Serving & Sending).
